Anxiety attacks are more commonly known as panic attacks. Today these anxiety attacks are a lot more common than they were in the past. This is likely due to the abundance of heightened stress in the lives of people. We are getting busier and busier and our health is suffering.

These anxiety attacks are caused by stressful situations; flashbacks to stressful events and unexpected illnesses. The symptoms that you will have whenever having anxiety attacks include an increased heart and breathing rate; a dry mouth; chest pains; nausea; numbness or tingling in your limbs; sweating and diarrhea.
