The human body was created to heal itself .Due to poor diet and other factors I am in this condition . Is there any type of written information that I can get to my employer to prove my point and keep my current job . I have a CDL drivers license but due to my eyesight at this point I cannot drive a truck .I can do other things that dont involve driving a large truck .
