When your tooth gets broken into many pieces, then following measures should be taken:

Collect all the pieces of the tooth in a packet.

Do mouth washing with warm water to rinse the damaged area of the mouth.

Take ice in a bag or cloth to give a cold compress and to hold on the injured area.

Rush to the dentist.
