Swollen scrotum
The scrotum or the scrotal sac is the part of the male reproductive organ. The stores the newly developed and matured spermatids. The very functional part the Epidymisis is connected to it with a canal-like structure called the Ingual canal. There are certain embryological defects, which can cause the faltering in the functions of the Ingual canals also. During this defect the testis do not descend in the scrotal sacs. The defects render the state of infertility in the person's body. Thus the embryological conditions also play a pivotal role in the normal regulation of the body hormones.
The other defects related to this are; injury of the testicles, bicycle riding, orchitis, the torsion in the testicles, testicular cancer, mumps orchitis, Varicocele, Varicose of the spermatic cord, scrotal hernia, Kidney disfunction, Ingual hernia,

Symptoms
Most of the signs and the symptoms vary from person to person. Persistent fever, Pain in the scrotal region, pain while micturation, lumps and clots, Viral infections, Bacterial infections, Vasectomy, other surgery, Gonorrhea. The Claymidia. This is a Sexually Transmitted Disease
The enlargement of these is also called the Begnin ProstaticHyperplasia; this generally occurs in the younger men in which the Scrotum is removed during Puberty. The higher contents of the hormone Estrogen in the body may result into this. This encompasses a defect during Micturation, which is urination during night, intermittent and weak flow. This causes a strain in the urinary bladder.
Detection;
The PSA screening, Digital Rectal Exam (DRE) screening, The Rectal Ultrasound: this is to denote the sound waves in the rectum to determine the rectal cancer, The Urine Flow Study, Intra-venous Plyogram (IVP): with the insertion of a Dye the urine is observed under the X-ray and determines the cause of the blocked bladder, Cystoscopy: this determines the cause of the lost sensation in the penis, Prostate specific Antigen.
Treatment;
Drug treatment; Finasteride, Terazopin, Tamsoluin, Alpha Blockers. These are not the preventive but are the curative ones.
